The chilly breeze, soft bed of fallen leaves, endless mountain ranges painted in colours - there is something magical about Mont Tremblant in the fall. Follow me while I share the fleeting moments of my visit to the spectacular village in Quebec with during the seasonal spell of Fall through my visual captures.

First glimpse - The drive
The drive from Montreal to Mont Tremblant is an hour and half long with soft curves and winding roads offering a gorgeous views of the Laurentian rolling hills from the valley. The road itself became the destination and driving into the Tremblant was such a joy.

Gondola ride
The ride up mountain made my heart happy like a child while soaking stunning landscape.

Above the canopy, at the summit
The views at the top looked like an oil painting. The mountains rolled like velvet blankets dipped in saffron. I was stunned to witness so many shades of orange, yellow and red. It was like sitting on the throne created by nature specially for me.

The village coming alive
Cobblestone roads and stores along the slope was like a taking a bite into the beautiful Quebec food and culture. I fell in love with the gelato from Chocolato which is located at near Chemin Kandahar.

Reflections on Lac Tremblant
Just cant get over how amazing the reflections in the still water mirroring everything above. It’s like the world has turned upside down but in the best possible way.

Golden hour like a fire in the sky
At dusk, I just sat still watching the sun slowly touch the horizon. A rare kind of still. This is the kind of quiet you would experience when the world is slowing down.

Fall hikes, forest floors
The best way to explore this place is by foot, feeling the crunch of colour beneath, with every step. There so many trails to explore at the summit. There are some amazing places for hikers a mins drive from the village as well.

Cozying up at the cottage
Mont-Tremblant boasts some of the comfiest stays in and around the village. After being out in the crisp cold weather all day, it felt great to feel the warmth back at the cottage with hot cocoa, a slice of chilli cheese toast with a side of stunning views.
A glass of local wine and quickly whipped up homemade spread for dinner by my lovely sister just ended the day on such a cozy note.

Fall in Mont-Tremblant may fade, but the feeling lingers, forever.
Mont Tremblant is not loud and doesn’t ask for attention, it earned it. It painted my eyes and memory with colour and left me walking a little slower. Maybe that’s what fall season is for - not to see the world change but to feel yourself change with it.
Can’t wait to visit next year. Share your Tremblant memories in the comments below.
